Programmer's Guide: Introduction

This section is probably the most needed section of this Project. For now, (15th June 2001), it is not more than a skeleton, a few blank pages. The section probably will remain in that state in Release 01 of the RQDP, since there's an extremely large amount of work to develop all this Project's sections at the same time. The main target of the Release 01, was to offer a more friendly way to use the original documentation. We hope we achieved that goal, maybe not at its best, but everything can be improved. Any suggestions, are welcome, as well as any contributions:

1. Code snippets, with short descriptions;
2. Screenshots from the apps uploaded;
3. Articles on code samples, explaining in detail the concepts, solutions and the algorythms used;
4. Lists of "ToDo", so we can improve the section;
5. VOLUNTEERS, to put things in HTML code (extremely useful now!!).
