Biography

Filed under: Biography — admin @ 2:33 pm

Hello and welcome to my site. Since my childhood, i’ve always been passionate of computer sciences and new technologies. I begun to write my first programs at the age of 7 with an Amstrad computer in Basic language. I made studies in computer sciences, sciences and multimedia.
I’m also passionate of music. I studied music theory and piano for several years. Then, at about the age of 16, i begun to do computer aided music and to compose my own tracks with Fast Tracker II. Then i used Renoise and Reason with an M-Audio keyboard. My favorite remains Renoise 1.5 with his VST and VSTi plugins.
I am also interested in sciences, and more precisely in Astronomy, electronics, cybernetics. I like to explore the sky with a telescope, and to make electronic circuits with or without an Arduino board.
I like Windows as much as Linux. Both are good and complementary.
I also like trading and technical analysis. I begun trading in 2005 with Meta Trader 4. Then i programmed my own technical analysis software since 2010 which i called QChartist. My favorite programming language is RapidQ mixed with C++. Those two programming languages enabled me to program QChartist, a powerful and open source TA software that has nothing to envy from his competitors. It allows to read charts, put technical indicators, draw geometrical shapes, use astronomy module for the indicators, automate the analysis and obtain signals. After having practiced technical analysis for more than 10 years, i developed my own efficient trading system which i called System Sync. It is available for free.
My prefered programming languages are QBasic, QB64, RapidQ, Visual Basic, BBC Basic SDL 2.0

The misdeeds of testosterone, DHT, androgens

Filed under: Nutrition and Health — admin @ 2:29 pm

Experts suspect that gender differences in mortality patterns may be influenced at least in part by sex hormones, namely the male hormone testosterone and the female hormone estrogen. The conspicuous peak in the sex-mortality ratio at puberty, for example, coincides with increased testosterone production in men. Because the male hormone has been linked with aggression and competitiveness as well as libido, some researchers ascribe this spike in male mortality to “testosterone toxicity.” {{Later in life, testosterone puts men at risk biologically}} as well as behaviorally. It increases blood levels of the bad cholesterol (known as LDL, for low-density lipoprotein) and decreases levels of the good one (HDL, for high-density lipoprotein), putting men at greater risk of heart disease and stroke.

{{It is well known that Women Live Longer than Men.}}

For example : silymarin = anti androgen plant = liver detox = cure cancer = less cancer in female than in male = great coincidence

Other effects of androgens on the long run :

– Candida Overgrowth, Candida albicans, yeast infections
– liver intoxication and destruction
– skin infections, acne, oily skin, nail infections
– shrinkage of hair follicles, hair loss
– urination disorders and irritable bladder, prostatis, enlarged prostate
– hirsutism
– osteoporosis
– Breast cysts
– rosacea
– cancer
– inflammation
– headaches
– diarrhea
– diabetes
– hypertension
– neural and vascular damage, Alzheimer’s disease
– heart disease and stroke
– aging in general

Estrogen, on the other hand, has beneficial effects on cardiovascular health, lowering LDL cholesterol and increasing HDL cholesterol. A recent study at the University of Washington suggests that estrogen may exert these effects by regulating the activity of liver enzymes involved in cholesterol metabolism.

Now the interesting question is : how to put a stop to androgens and how to promote estrogens ?

Here is an extensive list of herbs and food that can help for that and to increase life span (antifungals and androgen reducing are linked) :

– green tea : 60% reduction of sebum after 8 weeks using a formulation containing 3% green tea extract
– sage leaf : sage reduce sebum, is antifungal. Inhibit gonadotrophic or prolactin They found that each oil turned on estrogen-regulated genes and inhibited an androgen-regulated gene. Have an anti-androgenic or sebum-reducing ; is anti-fungal, antiseptic and astringent
– curcumin (turmeric) root : Antimicrobial, antifungal ; have an anti-androgenic or sebum-reducing effect
-fennel seed : having strong estrogenic effects ; Antifungal
– cinnamon bark : antimicrobial/Antifungal ; lower blood sugar levels and reduces serum insulin levels ; significant improvement in growth hormone activation within the fibroblasts
– pygeum leaf : antiseptic, contains natural sterols and fatty acids ; have an anti-androgenic or sebum-reducing effect ; cleanse and regenerate the liver ; contains an antiandrogenic compound atraric acid ; the highest antiandrogenic effect ; has a well known antiandrogenic effect by binding to the androgen receptor and shows effective results in treating BPH and consistent and significant reduction of DHT ; Phytoestrogenic herbs lower testosterone by increasing estrogen and anti-5 alpha reductase
– saw palmetto fruit : saw palmetto is antiseptic, antifungal ; contains natural sterols and fatty acids ; decrease DHT ; Has anti-androgenic effects lowering the production of male hormones including excess hair growth ; treat bladder and prostate conditions ; prostate support ; prevent testosterone from converting into DHT by inhibiting the enzyme that is responsible for this process ; can give you fuller hair and a clearer skin, because DHT is associated with hair loss and acne ; reduce 5 alpha reductase
– borage oil : The gamma-linoleic acid found in borage oil can help to dilute sebum or oil, secreted by the sebaceous glands.
So using borage or evening primrose oil in OCM might reduce sebum production.
– damiana leaf
– nettle root : Traditionally, nettle root has been used as an enhancer of healthy urinary flow and as an astringent. Used as an enhancer of healthy urinary flow and as an astringent ; have an anti-androgenic or sebum-reducing effect ; contains a protein molecule called UDA which attacks fungus in the body. (Great for candida sufferers) Nettle blocks lactic acid cycle which starves cancer cells ; is used as an antifungal for urination disorders and irritable bladder ; decrease DHT ; stimulate prolactin production in the body. These herbs are most commonly used to prevent testosterone from converting into DHT by inhibiting the enzyme that is responsible for this process
– kudzu root : plant from China and Japan. Rich in flavonoids, removes redness, flaking and tightness of the skin. Inhibits the activity of phospholipase PLA2, ensures protective effect on sensitive skin, softens skin lesions caused by rosacea. Kudzu contains the isoflavone daidzein which has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anticancer (related to genistein, it is anti ñ leukemic; namely acts against leukaemia) agent. Kudzu root contains: Phytoestrogens including the isoflavonoids genistein, daidzein, formononetin and biochanin-A. Kudzu root is also rich in isoflavone glycosides, such as daidzein and puerarin. Depending on its growing conditions, the total isoflavone content varies from 1.77 – 12.0%, with puerarin in the highest concentration, followed by daidzin and daidzein. Kudzu also contains many other flavonoid-type antioxidants and is rich in protein (10).
Kudzu root’s compounds can affect neurotransmitters including serotonin, GABA and glutamate. Kudzu’s mechanism perhaps includes brain reward pathways and alcohol metabolism. Kudzu contains the isoflavone daidzein which has anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial and anticancer (related to genistein, it is anti – leukemic; namely acts against leukaemia) agent. It is also a unique source of the isoflavone puerarin. Kudzu has been also used against cluster headaches, migraine, allergies, diarrhea and for the control of some postmenopausal symptoms. It is also studied for Alzheimer’s disease. It may help at diabetes, cardiovascular disease and hypertension (1).
Kudzu has been studied, as a herb, against alcoholism. It traditionally has been used in China against alcoholism and hangover. Its root has been used traditionally to prevent excessive alcohol consumption, while its flower has been used traditionally to detoxify the liver and alleviate the symptoms of alcoholism (1).
– red clover
– lavender oil : DHT was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner by both lavender oil and tea tree oil ; lavender oil is a powerful antifungal agent that fights and prevents skin and nail infections, including Candida albicans. Transactivation of the MMTV-luciferase reporter plasmid by 0.1 nM DHT was inhibited in a concentration-dependent manner by both lavender oil and tea tree oil.
– tea tree oil
– ginkgo biloba leaf
– fenugreek seed
– flax seed
– lupin seed : Lupin proteins inhibit the 5-a reductase’s action thus reducing the quantity or the produced DHT which causes the shrinkage of hair follicles (in vitro studies).
– lentils
– beans
– carrots root
– sun flower seed
– soybean : We have demonstrated the inhibitory activity of [soy] isoflavone . . . suggesting that genistein and isoflavone would be used as an effective agent for androgenetic acne and for the inhibition of secretion of sebum by modifying androgen conversion.
– tomato extract : Lycopene possesses antibacterial and antifungal properties ; tomato contains lycopene, quercetin (lowering DHT)
– pumpkin seed : contains a lot of zinc. Zinc displays ‘in vitro’ some antiandrogen activity through an inhibition of the 5 alpha-reductase activity. The oil fraction of pumpkin seed has been shown to inhibit 5 alpha-reductase. The mixture of delta 7-sterols has been shown to inhibit the binding of DHT to androgen receptors.
– peanut
– grapefruit
– wild yam root
– motherwort
– spearmint, mint : inhibit gonadotrophic or prolactin secretion ; antimicrobial ; testosterone 5 .ALPHA.-reductase inhibition

Malassezia yeasts secrete an enzyme called phospholipase A2, which liberates a chain of inflammatory cytokines. So, this is why anti-fungals help reduce hair loss

As far as the sebum itself, too much IGF-1 increases sebum production. Malassezia yeasts secrete an enzyme called phospholipase A2, which liberates a chain of inflammatory cytokines. So, this is why anti-fungals help reduce hair loss.

Phospholipase-A2-Inhibitor : Betulinic-Acid : Grape

B6 in tandem with the mineral Zinc is known to combat the overproduction of DHT form testosterone that weaken hair follicles and cause premature baldness in men.

As most naturopathic physicians would agree, prostatitis is not caused by bacteria in the prostate but most frequently due to fungus, like Candida, in the prostate…

Why too much sugar is so bad for your health

Filed under: Nutrition and Health — admin @ 2:28 pm

Fast-acting sugars (mainly glucose) can be found in sodas, industrial foods, white bread, canned fruits with sirup, low-value fruit juices, cookies, chocolate bars, candy, ice cream, etc.

Effects of too much fast-acting sugars:

How do I download a package from apt-get without installing it?
There are a least these apt-get extension packages that can help:
apt-offline – offline apt package manager
apt-zip – Update a non-networked computer using apt and removable media
This is specifically for the case of wanting to download where you have network access but to install on another machine where you do not.
Otherwise, the –download-only option to apt-get is your friend:
-d, –download-only
Download only; package files are only retrieved, not unpacked or installed.
    Configuration Item: APT::Get::Download-Only.

Close a tcp connection 111.222.333.444 in netstat:
tcpkill -i eth0 host 111.222.333.444
You need the package dsniff

To see realtime usage by IP (rather, by IP and port):
sudo apt install tcptrack
sudo tcptrack -i eth0
To see realtime usage by MAC address, a nice ncurses based tool is iptraf-ng:
sudo apt install iptraf-ng
sudo iptraf-ng
(And then, select “LAN station monitor → eth0”.)
To see daily aggregate data volume by IP, my favourite is ipfm. Install with:
sudo apt install ipfm
Then configure in /etc/ipfm.conf according to man ipfm.conf and start with sudo ipfm

The host command in unix or linux operating system can be used to get the hostname from an IP address. An example is shown below:
> host 4.59.125.171
171.125.59.4.in-addr.arpa is an alias for 171.128-254.125.59.4.in-addr.arpa.
171.128-254.125.59.4.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer 4-59-125-171-hou.servercraft.co.
Another way to get the hostname is to user the nslookup command.
> nslookup 4.59.125.171

Show tcp connections for my Firefox web browser on port 443 but hide ips like 92.223.127. and show only blocked connections
netstat -anlpc |grep ‘Lien vers fire’ | grep 443 | grep -v 92.223.127. | grep SYN_SENT
or
netstat -taunpc |grep ‘Lien vers fir’ | grep 443 | grep -v 92.223.127. | grep SYN_SENT

How to view Hard Disk Activity on Ubuntu:
install packages iotop or htop

Computer hardware info: sudo lshw
Memory info: sudo lshw -C memory

Find previous commands you typed in the terminal (netstat for example):
history | grep netstat

How to delete Mozilla Firefox telemetry trackers (site in french):
https://www.malekal.com/supprimer-telemetrie-mozilla-firefox/

Block certain websites and limit access here’s what you need to know about the /etc/hosts file
By editing the hosts files, you can achieve the following things:
– Block a website
– Handle an attack or resolve a prank
– Create an alias for locations on your local server
– Override addresses that your DNS server provides
– Control access to network traffic
sudo gedit /etc/hosts

Fractals and their influence in everyday’s life.

<img1|left>

As it is shown in this animation, we can zoom as much as we want in the pattern, each part of which it is made of (microcosm) is the reflection of the pattern in its wholeness (macrocosm). It’s an universal property of the universe. The whole universe reflects to himself in the biggest galaxy to the smallest particle of our body. One particularity of this principle is that even if you cut a part of a body named A into two parts B and C, these last two parts contain nevertheless all the potential of A (like our cells in our body which divide themselves continually during our life (cf holography)). Certain kinds of animals manifest this property flagrantly. See the following videos :
<doc2|left><doc3|left><doc4|left>

Keeping in mind my explanations on fractals above, believing that each of us (microcosm) are separated each other, by the mean of space and time is an illusion. By enlarging our field of spirit, we realize that we all are one (macrocosm, universe), and that each of us is the reflect of this macrocosm, no matter the space and time that separe us. Everything inhabits everything, and is interdependent (cf EPR paradox).
When we become conscious of all these facts in a permanent way : ego, susceptibility, the need to judge, the need to justify ourselves to the others, fear, the need to defend your own point of view, changing mood, reprimands, pride, the fear of the unknown and fear of the uncertainty, suffering : all of these things end up to disappear. Then, we adopt thoughts and behaviors which allow to improve each of our lifes (in the image of the whole). You will realize then that by applying the spiritual laws of life and success (see the books above), other problems (existing prior to your journey to the enlightenment) that appear to be non linked unveil their solution at the same time. It is not the duty of the universe to satisfy our personnal caprices, but we need to tune ourselves (as a musical instrument) to the intentions of the universe, with the help of those teachings. Then, the contrarieties that you met in your daily life will become more and more rare, and by the same you will contribute to make disapear the contrarieties of other persons (both (you and the others) are inseparable). Those subjects are explained in the books that i suggest you to read (see above).
